This fully fenced and gated ranch is located in a beautiful canyon of the San Juan Mountains. This land is very private. It is about 90% surrounded by government land, which provides some of Colorado’s best wildlife viewing, fishing, hunting, hiking, and mountain climbing opportunities. From the gate to the river is approximately one-quarter of a mile; the roads in that area are good, hard-packed ranch roads.
